In her world right-wingers are 'nasty'. I remember her interviewing some people at the Tea Parties, she was very nasty towards them. She is a perfect example of the mindlessness of groupthink.

Fascinating, Captain. I would venture to guess that she never thought for a second that her remarks about Miss Cali and Palin would be considered nasty. I am sure she would tell you that there is not a nasty bone in her body. But then again, I don't imagine she can spell oblivious any better than CSS can. I thought she was a twit when she was on the morning show, the few times I watched some of it, and I've thought she was a twit the few times I've watched her on the evening news. I bet she's all over twit-ter.

I think Couric is an idiot, but I don't see how either comparing Carrie Prejean to Anita Bryant, or the "New Jersey from my house" comment were nasty.
