This area doesn't get chemtrailed. Yes there have been cases where people have rushed to the emergency room after being chemtrailed. There have been research, studies, and experiments on the use of chemtrails to alter the earths atmosphere and modify the weather. It has been used in war, approaching hurricanes, and general experiments conducted without the permission of the people below of course.

If you really think about it. Our civilization is built like a pyramid. The majority of joe blokes down at the very bottom taking orders from the people above them (their bosses, police, and people of that nature).
