He Wants to search a sam account name attribute in all of his domains trusted domains. I.E. when he search a name he want to search to be performed on all of his trusted domains (even outside of the forest).

This is ASP.NET Forum. And Searching in AD using LDAP is nothing to do with asp.net. I will suggest you to read this article Howto: (Almost) Everything In Active Directory via C#

How is my experience gonna help you? In between, you first need to understand difference between C#/VB.Net and ASP.Net. ASP.Net is not a language but a framework and in no way Active Directory is part of it.
