John Oakman's forum is a place where people pretend to debate as the thought police patrol the boards to make sure everyone is subscribing to same politically correct socially accepted tones which just happen to be the latest fashionable trendy mindset. They don't really dig down deep into the issues, they debate with predefined templates based on what has already been debated in the past. The templates are designed to keep you from going off into the deeper higher level issues of society. Paired with the thought police, they are severely handicapped. In here we boldly discuss firmly the harsh realities and take the abuse of the thought police.

How strange. That sounded a lot like the old Soapbox, where Ilion and you would attempt to shout down. You would shout at people (just like you do now), while Ilion would abuse the old bug and remove their messages. On the contrary, the private forum feels like a real Back Room, where hackers can talk reasonably, and debate things. You've mangled a real name with an Internet pseudonym. A better sentence would be "Jon 'Oakman'" or "Jon (Oakman)"
