I've been to Phoenix, I can't work out why anyone would immigrate there. This does not surprise me. I've seen people online advise a father in the US that his 15 year old daughter coming out of the closet is an act of rebellion and that he should throw her into the street. And CSS complains when I half jokingly suggest people should be sterilized at birth, a reversable procedure that only gets reversed once you prove yourself fit to be a parent.
