ffmpeg conversion of video file without showing .exe file (ina hidden format)

i am conversing video file through ffmpeg but everytime i get window of converting .then how to hide or make it invisible during converaion ] please help me out thanks in advance

Assuming you meant to ask an ASP.NET question, and assuming you're converting a video for a website, the window will show on the server, so, who cares ?
