This may be an easy question but here it is, “I created a Employee Comment/Suggestion Box on a site. I would like all the answers to go to a site that only the Department/Section Chief can read. I put a text box and two buttons (Submit Query and Reset). Here is the code; I just can’t remember the code to have the Submit button to work.” Hope someone can help

    Employee Comment/Suggestion Box:

(Note: All comments and/or suggestions will be reviewed by the Chief, DOCN)

If you created it then it's up to you how to handle the submit. I don't understadn the "I just can’t remember the code to have the Submit button to work" Couldn't you have created a custom list to store the comments and set the security so only the designated people can view it?

only two letters away from being an asset

The OOB functionality should handle this depending how custom it has to be. You build a survey site add one comments field...then give the permissions to those who should see the results and whether the results and or submissions are anonymous? There is actually a lot of options you can use

        Regards, Hulicat
