    Hello Subject :how to use port forwarding Internet------> Router in my network ------->LocalMachine(Windows 2003) -->Sqlserver2005 How access sqlserver through internet via Router in local network. And, don't be surprised if you have a lot of problems and it does not really work. The newer the router, and the better the router, then the better chance that it will actually work. IMHO, you may want to consider a high-end Linksys router. It could save you time. And, you may get more features. Plus, do you need a DDNS? That's something to consider.
