publishing a document from MOSS to WSS v3.0 [modified]

hie i would like to ask if it is possible to publish a document from MOSS to WSSv3 and how one would do it, so far saw something about saving the document library as a template and uploading it into WSS and would greatly welcome more ideas thnx

What Type of document are you trying to "publish"? It shouldn't be a problem
