My wife works for a speech pathologist. Yes, they all got diagnosed, because swine flu still meant they had to be extra careful about not coming in to work.

Maybe it is, I'm not a doctor. The thing is that we've had more dangerous flues up here than swine flu. On the other hand, swine flu seems to spread more easily for some reason. I suspect I've already had it. :shrug:

It goes beyond just that. Sometime between when our grandparents were young and now people decided that scrubbing down the entire house with bleach when/after someone got sick was too much work. The magic of antibiotics has resulted in the dropping of much of the defensive hygiene that largely protected the general population from infectious disease for the previous few generations. :doh:

Clenching is a more accurate term for what I do with my brain. It literally clenches like a muscle, atleast that is what it feels like. It is accompanied by intense thoughts of mechanics and things of that nature.
