map your own tsar bomb

If you could drop one Tsar bomb where would you put it? Ground Zero[^] Tehran would be good but Israel might beat you to the punch. Wouldn't want to waste it. DC might be good but you'd have to make sure all of congress was in session. Wouldn't want to waste it.

As long as it didn't go more than 20 miles outside dc line and was placed accurately, else I may get a few singed hairs.
