Can I do a cross page postback in an .aspx page hosted in moss?

Hi, Can I do a cross page postback in an .aspx page hosted in moss? I have set the postbackurl property of a button but when it posts to my page I get the following message from moss: This Page has been modified since you opened it. You must open the page again. Thanks in Advance

I had the same error. But I haven't still found the answer. Only one article is seemed to be helpful... but, actually, this workaround doesn't work for me. Please, let me know if you find the solution.
