Is there any way to burn CD/DVD with copy protection of the data file? Please help me if you can.

Since there is no executable code, no, there isn't. All the user would have to do is copy the files locally and burn them to another disk. Since your application would have to read the files, the same as any other copy operation would, there is no way to protect just the data files.
