    I Have Two Computers And I Want To Make One Of Them Server To The Other. So When I Make A Web Sit On The Server Named "sanforjackass.ho", I Can See It From Other PC As "http://ComputerName/sanforjackass.ho" .

      Basically you need to have on one machine IIS running, then configure IIS to host and execute your website.
