Limiting Internet(Watching Movei)

:rose: Hi everyone. I have a CafeNet.And there are 20 computers connected to Internet. And people are always coming and waching Movei,Online Film and... And i want to know how can i limit those comuter , not be able to watch Film online in windows XP And 7. Thank u. :rose:

Run>>gpedit.msc>>Computer configuration>>Admistrative Templates>>System>>Windows Component>>Interet Explorer>> Internet Contro Panel>>Advanced Page>>Play videos in web page; But i need this in WinXP too, that i couldn't find this item in XP. Are you willing to install a third party application to do this?
