SmsSendMessage use for MS sending in Pocket PC,what can use for Pc to Mobile?

Hi all, i m using SmsSendMessage api to send sms from pocket pc mobile. its working fine. now i want to send sms by PC,here connect a mobile phone by datacable. please tell me which apis and functions are used here. thanks inadvance.
