What violence? A citation is needed. And what political end is that?

When the hell does the IRS do that?! They have a sheriff hand you a note saying they are seizing property. Oh, are you saying the Police are terrorists?

They use fear, intimidation, and violence to achieve a political end.

That's the problem with laws, they get in the way and enforcing them often requires violence. Are you advocating anarchy over law now? Without violent enforcement there is no such thing as law.

So breaking the law when it suits your own interpretation of the constitution is acceptable? Not paying your taxes is a crime, you want civil disobedience then you have to be willing to pay the price for it. Protesting the IRS and other peaceful demonstrations is certainly possible and does work. The IRS is just enforcing the law. You may not like it, but there is no political bent to it. Not a stupid question, just one you're not willing to answer. If you're just going to spout conspiracy theories again I guess that's your political ends you're speaking about.

Not the sheriff, but the FBI. The federal government likes to think they have more power than the states.
Um, what? FBI is involved in a very specific mandate. They are not the IRS' repo bitches. Foreclosures are done by the cops. FBI doesn't step on the locla law enforcement's toes when they can avoid it. Makes it hard when they need their help. And it doesn't change the fact that his argument was sensational and completely off base... No one comes busting in to take your junk when you owe the IRS money and hauls you away. It's hard to put a lien on a guy in jail.

Have they done that to you ? I don't believe it for two reasons 1 - I don't believe you've ever earned enough to pay tax 2 - I don't believe you have any belongings.
