hello guys...Im a student, i want to do a project on computer visioning..well not exactly computer visioning but a touch of it. Now i wanted to ask that where should i start from?? what will i need to do the same. My project will be mobile based. Like taking a picture and then sending it to the server and finding all the information about the person in the pic. thanx for ur answer.

If you are thinking about a machine detecting who is in the photo, this is a extremely complicated task, and has not been achieved with 100% reliability.
