Hi, I designed a website of 3(Left side menu, middle text and right some links) colom in plain HTML and css. Site is having almost 10 pages. If I am to change the link on third colom I have to update the link in all 10 pages. Is there any good idea that single change will reflect to all pages?

Yes this is done easily, if the site is dynamic make them includes, if its not and basic HTML use the Dreamweaver library tool and let it do all your work for you.
