      Sure, so long as you don't have more than 10 people connecting to it at the same time.

        What Dave said, plus remember that that machine will have to actually be running for the intranet site to be there.

        My advice is free, and you may get what you paid for.

            You can use Windows 7 as IIS to host intranet website. Make sure that the system is not connected to internet by any channel to maintain data privacy.
