      I appreciate that English is not your first language, but could you please clarify what you mean here? I am not really sure what you are trying to achieve.

          You don't. This is the relm of NTFS security. You contorl access to the folder by understanding how Windows and NTFS security works first, then setting NTFS permissions on the folder appropriately for your situation. And judging by your previous questions, you've got a lot of reading to do first.
