    Hi al, In my project,I m trying to display a pdf file in an iframe which is in a folder inside the application.it is running fine in developement server.But when i run it through IIS it shows an error. showing the path of the file is not accessable.i m giving full permission to the folder.but still it is not working. can anybody help me regarding this.

      So within IIS, what rights have you got set for the folder that it's in? Additionally, has the PDF been added as a valid mime type to be served?

        thanx 4 d reply. ur 1st point is not cleared to me can u explain. i have set a mime type for the pdf.

          In the IIS Manager, check the rights that folder is assigned. Which IIS version are you using?

            i m using IIS 5.1 and i can access other files like image files of that folder. actually i am trying to export the crystal report to pdf format in the image folder of the application. and try to show it in a iframe. but it creats the problem of access permission.

              I guess you need to give write permission to the folder which is disabled by default for obvious security reasons.
