Ah yes, FEMA taking over the world using "emergency powers". I remember when I first heard about that. It was a good plot point for what was, and still is, one of the best video games ever made (Deus Ex). It doesn't hold up well to any sort of realistic appraisal though.

Instead, that call for help was answered by nearly a dozen armed tax-feeders employed by the El Reno Police Department. An intelligent person can spot the bias in a blatant statement like that. Assuming this is even true, it doesn't prove anything that you want it to prove, any more than your existance proves that all tea party supporters are illiterate, or unlikely to ever have sex without paying for it.
