QA bug

I 1 voted on a question (to test something,thinking my vote wouldn't be cast) and noticed that I didn't have to give a reason, the box appears but when left unfilled the vote is cast anyway. Also the layout after voting is somewhat wrong. The text 'x votes for this question' + the bar and the graphic seem to be to wide to fit. The graphic is partially displayed after the search box and after the info box. (have a screen if you need it :) ) Also the text says '3 votes for this question' counting the new vote but the box underneath is says 2 votes. Chrome 5
