Time to hire a bunch of random people to visit that mall and start speaking gibberish to everyone... And to make it even more funny... Dress a few of them up like policemen (Not good disguises... Satirical ones, with giant cartoonish-looking plastic "guns"), and have them "arrest" the talkative gibberish-speakers... Then videotape the whole thing and put it on YouTube... I don't know why, really... Uh... It's Friday morning...

Ah, yes. The People's Republic of California - the Land of Litigation. :rolleyes: (First thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers...) :-D But the good news is the appeals court shot it down. I can't imagine it'd have a chance of success in any higher court, although it sounds as if the mall owners might just be stubborn enough to try.

So some pointy eared busy body objected to a bunch of people talking religion in a mall, what a crock. Don't these security people already have the power to throw the guy out for offensive behaviour, so he was not even doing enough to irritate anyone but this religious prude.
