getting cut half of the emotions

For ex. THIS[^] See the ADD Answer Multiline TextBox, Second column of Icon is getting cut and I am unable to see it. I think of browser specific problem, But just want others to review on the same. Browser : Google Chrome 8.0 ScreenCut[^]

I can get mine to do that on demand, all i need to do is shrink the browser window until it starts happening! So, to put it another way, how wide is your browser session / window resolution? :doh:
