I'm still curious, where are these property rights enumerated in the constitution as you love to tout them? Because I know a lot of people who lost a LOT of money because of stupid shit done by someone they had never even heard of. If they have property rights so expansive as to cover possible cross pollination of plant species why can't they sue the fucker who cost them their retirement?

Just the other day I heard someone say how great it was that the DMV people were contractors and how they're printed else where now. Now because of that it takes a month to get a new drivers license when you used to get it right away while you were there. Farm subsidies are a bad idea. They promote the growing of crops for which there is no demand. Farmers are also paid NOT to grow crops so that there is less supply, thereby driving UP prices. Stupid idea.
