They're speaking Danish. It's not overly different from Swedish. Imagine Swedish spoken with the mouth full of porridge and you're almost there. Then remove half the consonants and you have it.

Well, the language at the top of the video is not German, its Scandanavian. Beyond that its difficult to tell for me.
