      I would use J# to compile a .NET version or JUMP to migrate it to C#. Then, I would call it from VB.NET or try to expose it as a COM component to a VB 6.0 project. I see dumb people

Hmm, well in any case, have you tried to add a reference to it in VB? I am not sure of the COM support that Java has built into it directly.
