Hi, Can anybody please help me any links to download Virtual Machine File (.vmc or .vhd, or .vdd any) for any Windows operating system like Win xp/7/ or 2003 server or 2008 server etc. Can anybody pls help me in that. Thanks.

:confused: You should do it yourself: Get a VM software like Microsoft VPC, VMWare Workstation,... and then start from a scratch creating one that will fit your needs. Of course you'll have to pay (in some cases) the Virtual Machine software and then you'll have to pay (if you don't have a MSDN subscription that would allow you to download the operating system you need) for the operating system itself... after that it is extremely easy to set up a VM. You'll be able to get tech support from the guys at the support dept on the VM software, Microsoft or here... Good luck... PS: just in case people here thinks you are suggesting that you want an illegal copy of Windows... put your flamesuit or better change of planet (but remember to be forever afraid... :bob: will find you). :thumbsup:

I think they're not making fun of you. What they are trying to imply is you can't simply download a vhd image from any torrent or file uploading site. You need to buy the software. Its illegal to do use pirated ones. Imagine yourself being one who sells software, you would not want your product be pirated, do you? :)

Please use the full word please. Using pls makes you look at best unprofessional, and more commonly a little stupid. Anyway, like other people have said you can't just download a VM image of a windows operating system as you need to pay for a license. If you have a copy of the OS you want lying around on disc then you can install it yourself onto a VM, if you don't have a copy on disc then you'll have to download the image from somewhere. In both cases you will still need a license to activate windows, unless your happy with the time limited trial.

You have a license, so it doesn't matter how you obtain the copy. I'd go to torrentz.eu and use their excellent search facility.
