BTW, I use hard-coded filenames when it's appropriate. Your statement was made without knowing anything about the OP's requirements or the context in which he was using the specified filename.

Indeed it might be appropriate to hard-code filenames. I just wanted to point out that it often leads to problems. Anyway :-) thanks for your answer Michel
