    Hi, i'm using sql report 2005. when i try to print the report using the print button, it shows "Unable to load client print control". i tried .. 1. update the Rsclientprint (Both in server and client) 2. update the Reportviewer Redistributeable package. 3. KB956391 update is not found. Please guide me. Thanks in advance. Sam.

          Did you check 2nd link? I mean entire thread(because it's long one & contains many solutions). Surely It will solve your issue. BTW It helped me once upon a time.

            As per the 2nd thread, i had updated the RSclientprint.cab file and also changed the Browser security level. but still the same result.

SSRS: Unable to Load Client Print Control error[^] Client Print Fails to Load After Microsoft Update 956391[^] Error: "Unable to load client print control" en Reporting Services[^] Error message when you try to print a SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services report on a client computer: "Unable to load client print control"[^] “Unable to load client print control” in Reporting Services 2005[^] ReportViewer Client Print Control “Unable to load client print control”?[^] Hope this will will resolve your issue. Let me know after this.

                hi thatraja, thank you for giving me suggestions. But unfortunately none of it worked. Regarding to uninstall the update KB956391, so nd so...., its not a practical solution, as there are more than 30 users, even we tried that. when i tried to install the Sql service packs 3 / 4 ...etc.. its showing message that, some other updates need to be installed. i'm using Mssql 2008 , Mssql report service 2005 , Asp.net 2005. please guide me, Thanks in advance.

                  I have also tried the various work arounds, non of which have worked after a reboot. I've instructed my users to export the data to PDF and print from there (and disabled the print control). Major Pain...
