    So I'm trying to get rid of the DAO classes and references in my MFC app, and there seem to be some good drop in replacement classes here. But does anyone know of an easy way to re-do "DoFieldExchange" in ADO?

      Answering my own question - perhaps dbAx is what I want dbAx: a C++ Library for ActiveX Data Objects (ADO)[^]
