What the hell was Mariah Carey thinking remaking a Def Leppard song?? (Bringing on the Heartache) It's plain horrible. X| Sorry, I just needed to get that out..... BW "If you enjoy what you do, you'll never work another day in your life." - Confucius

i DL'd 3 different files called "Bringing on the heartache" (from Ms Carey), and none of them were anything close to the DefLep song - it wasn't just a really bad cover, it wasn't the same song at all. where did you hear it? -c

I can't stand the way radio stations suddenly pick up on covers like that. They think "famous song + latest pop idol = listeners!" and I just want to scream.

One small village of indomitable geeks still holds out against the invaders. And life is not easy for the managers legionaries who garrison the fortified camps of Microsoftum, Javum, Ceplumplum and Vebasum

I agree - how can she hope to improve on perfection ? I thought American Pie by Madonna was an equal travesty. Christian No offense, but I don't really want to encourage the creation of another VB developer. - Larry Antram 22 Oct 2002

Again, you can screw up a C/C++ program just as easily as a VB program. OK, maybe not as easily, but it's certainly doable. - Jamie Nordmeyer - 15-Nov-2002
