    I have favicon on my website on the root. I add this code to master page. I change the favicon file, but it still shows the old icon. What is the problem? this code in master page iam working now on local host i didn't upload site yet

      It could be the browser caching issue. Just close the browser and try it on new one. Or use Ctrl + F5.

        And, if not the browser itself, maybe a caching proxy server.

        Just like that old Carly Simon song... "You're so funny, You probably think this joke is about you" My Mu[sic] My Films My Windows Programs, etc.
