"There was an internal error creating the item." when editing question

I get the error message "There was an internal error creating the item." when I try to edit this question auto generate wizard steps[^]. All I do is removing the
pretags and press "Update question". I'm using IE9 -

pretags and press "Update question". I'm using IE9I completed a site update about 45 mins ago and just tried editing the question - worked fine for me, so it may have been the update that was killing it. I'm not seeing any errors in the logs since then.

I justs corrected a spelling error in the question and now it works fine for me too, thank you :thumbsup:
