RDLC Report wizard error

Hey Guys, I have a problem creating a RDLC Report in my website, when I open the Report Wizard, I get the following error: "Could not load file or assembly 'Datastore, Version=3.0.137.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=aa94b9' or one of its dependencies. The System cannot find the file specified."

normally when I get this type of error it is because of a missing dll in the website's bin directory, make sure that all the required dlls are there, including any third party tools you might be using
