Hi, Yesterday i was looking at one article for approving it and gave my opinion for the same. After that it was shown that there are a total of 5 reports for the article. Today i was able to give my opinion for that article again and this time i was shown a total of only 1 report for that particular article. I think this shouldn't be the usual behaviour. Since i wasn't allowed to vote again on the first day, the same should happen the next day as well. I shouldn't have been allowed to vote.

It may have been that the article was made available and then sent back to "Pending", or was deleted and then reposted. Either of these situations will result in the article losing all votes and comments.
