Reputation graph is 'slightly off'

Yep - this is all going to be cleaned up in the next few days. I've completed an initial recalc but need to check everything twice to ensure that the rep point changes members see is fair and correct. 2 issues were found: When an event was "undone" we were, in certain situations, adding, not removing points, and secondly, some download files were mistakenly attributed to the wrong articles, leading to download points being assigned to the wrong authors.
