Delete all existing files prior to publish + Recover deleted files

Hello, If select

Delete all existing files prior to publish

option while publishing the website....than all the files of that location will be deleted. Any one knows the files those have been deleted can be recovered? If yes than how can i get those files/ what is the location for those files? Thanks in advance..

I hope You have a back up of your site. If not then this will be a hard lesson. I did that once now I back up everything all the time. Good luck

The files are permanently deleted when you do that. The only way to recover those files is to use recovery tools like PC Inspector File Recovery.
