You are the intrepid one, always willing to leap into the fray! A serious character flaw, I might add, but entertaining. Said by Roger Wright about me.
Um.. Colin.. the PSDK is totally free, it's just a pain in the bum for people with modems to try and download. Christian No offense, but I don't really want to encourage the creation of another VB developer. - Larry Antram 22 Oct 2002
C# will attract all comers, where VB is for IT Journalists and managers - Michael P Butler 05-12-2002
Again, you can screw up a C/C++ program just as easily as a VB program. OK, maybe not as easily, but it's certainly doable. - Jamie Nordmeyer - 15-Nov-2002 -

:rose: some one kind enough to burn and mail me a PSDK June2001+ CD?
Won't M$ will "sell" you a copy, for a "small" fee, I seem to remember seeing this on their site somewhere. Personally I just download it over night on my slow modem, using DAP, takes a few nights mind you!

Colin Davies wrote: You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license That's bizarre. Sounds like a 'standard' licence to me. They give it away for free, so why, having downloaded it for free, would I be unable to pass it on to someone ? Colin Davies wrote: All this piracy starts with people copying and sharing what is not actually Free If anyone can go to the Microsoft site and download it without cost, how is it not free ? I'd have thought that the act of downloading it in the first place breaks most of those terms, anyway -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!
