I accidentally may pressed the red flag on an article ?

Hello administrators I think that I'm accidentally pressed the little red flag menu item when I was on a save dialog, and the problem is that I don't know if I pressed it or not or what I pressed when the menu suddenly pop up !!! :wtf: but it said '1 Report' !!??? :sigh: It should had an undo button !!
