What do you think about unsolicited e-mails?

Hi! What do you think about unsolicited e-mails? I am asking your opinion because from time to time I receive such e-mails. In every such e-mail someone is trying to sell me something. Boy, it would be such a waste of time if I would read every such e-mail! What are you doing when you receive unsolicited e-mails? Do you think it is moral/legal if someone sends you this kind of spam?

I report all spam messages to SpamCop. Spam is actually illegal in my country (Finland), but reporting foreign spammers to the authorities would be useless.
