Nashua, New Hampshire, USA, April 10, 2012 – Kentico Software (www.kentico.com), the Web content management system vendor, announced that Kentico CMS is actively used by 60 companies from the Fortune Global 500 list for 2011.

Kentico CMS is currently used by 60 of the top 500 corporations worldwide, according to last year’s Fortune Global 500 annual ranking, compiled by Fortune magazine. Clients span most industry verticals with the strongest positions being in Automotive (14), Electronics (9) and Food (6). Most client headquarters are in Europe (28), the US (19) and Japan (8).

“We are happy to observe a growing number of major brands and solid companies recognizing Kentico CMS for the scalable, adaptable and intuitive content management system that it is, joining the 12,000 other websites currently leveraging the product to maximize online sales, marketing capabilities and ROI. With 12% of Fortune Global 500 companies using Kentico, it is proof of its dependability and scalability; able to serve both the smallest of shops and the largest, most significant global players such as Microsoft, McDonald's, Hewlett-Packard and Mazda.” says Petr Palas, CEO and Founder of Kentico Software.
“The latest version (6) of Kentico CMS takes Web content management to a whole new level, with a focus on enterprise marketing features, making Kentico a solid Customer Experience Management (CXM) solution for high-level clients, demanding the highest quality for their websites. We are confident that this new version will attract further global-scale companies to the unlimited website possibilities that Kentico CMS offers.” says Eric Webb, President of Sales & Operations at Kentico Software. “The first quarter of 2012 has already seen new additions to the family of clients in the Fortune Global 500 with General Electric and Nokia promising further enterprise-level Kentico-built web projects this year.” he adds.
