Does anyone know how or what to do inorder to make a proggy that will take out voices in songs? So that it'll become an instrumental?
Assuming the voice is in mono, you could remove the part of the stereo signal that is the same on both sides, this is how karaoke systems work, which is why they have limited success. The faint voice you almost always hear even when it sort of works is caused by effects added to the voice. The things that come to those who wait are usually the things left by those who got there first.

no, not mono.. but stereo.. i want to export any type of songs.. and then convert it to where all the voices are out, leaving only the music
And to do that they need to be stereo, otherwise there is no 'position' from which to find the voice. The guitar, for example, exists in the same sonic range as the voice, so you can't pull voice out that way, you need to have a position in the stereo image ( which is often the middle ) to pull out. Did you try implementing a bandstop filter to cut out the voice frequencies? The human voice is pretty much limited in the frequency range, so if you cut out a certain frequency band, it should do the trick. "A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one." - Senator Palpatine
