      What does this have to do with ASP.NET? Why not keep things simple and just have your approve/reject buttons be images in the emails that are links to your website?

        Hi Ramkumar_S, Try to send two links. One is for approval and the other one is for reject. For your reference. Passing variables between pages using QueryString[^] Hope it helps. :)
