How about displaying a member tool tip (Facebook style) to show quick info about hovered member name whenever it found , It mostly contains his/her avatar and some other info like reputation points ,etc.. That would be cool! right? ;)

You mean something like the Profile Popup that CP already displays when you hover over their icon.
