Handle ListView Scrollbar Event

    I have a ListView. As there are several columns, for sure the horizontal scroll bar will appear. Once data is populated in ListView, the user may click on the horizontal bar, move to right or left, to see the rest of the information. Point is: Once the user finish moving the scroll bar, I want the focus to be set to a TextBox. How to do so? Edit: Platform is Windows 6.5
