What if some one purposly downvoting all comments and articles and also reporting as spam/abusive

I just came to know that my reputation points gone down drastically :^) So I just checked my reputation score history, and came to know that some one intentionally down-voting comments and reporting as spam or abusive from last two hours :sigh: I don't know the intention of that user but I don't think this as a good practice, so reporting here. Is CodeProject monitoring such spam user activities?
