This[^] was an interesting, though quite lengthy read. It gives a good bit of Iraq's history, along with details of Saddam's determined efforts to obtain nuclear weapons for decades. It is ok for women not to like sports, so long as they nod in the right places and bring beers at the right times.

I think this whole Soapbox and Lounge thing has me in a state of conflict. The Lounge is for "is a place where you can discuss anything that takes your fancy. If you just want to laze about and discuss things that don't quite fit elsewhere, then this is the place." but people rant and bitch which would fall under... "The Soapbox - off-topic rants If you want to get something off your chest then do it here - but enter at your own risk." so I enter and people are have political discussions and playing chess. I think Chris just enjoys seeing people like me learn the site like a rat trying to find the cheese in a maze:laugh: This is what is got me going http://www.codeproject.com/lounge.asp#xx416095xx[^] Then Christian decided to bark up my tree. but I wasn't trying to be pushy just looking for some kind of codeproject spiritual clarification, I guess. In my quest, I think I figured it out. When I see some thing that pisses me off, I will shut my mouth, I mean... navigate to another site and come back when cooled down. Kind of a, codeproject forum Time Out:-D Later,

As a rule of thumb, if you're going to use naughty words, post in the Soapbox. We don't let our kid sisters play here. If you want to babble about something that's likely to start a flame war, ditto. Anything else, and either the Lounge or the Soapbox is acceptable. I think Chris' original intent was for the Lounge to be for technical discussions that are not about programming, but it's become more of a social club, and I think most people like it that way. The Soapbox is exactly what it's named for - drag out your soapbox, get up on it, and harangue your audience if any happens to gather round.:-D It is ok for women not to like sports, so long as they nod in the right places and bring beers at the right times.
